These terms apply to all services, programs, retreats, and communications offered through When Goddesses Gather LLC.

Expectations

Before Calls:

You’ll receive a confirmation email with Zoom details
Please arrive on time in a private, quiet space

During Calls:

Anything shared by you or others on calls is confidential
Christine may take notes or record the session for her own internal use (with your consent)
You’re encouraged to show up as you are — no performance needed

After Calls:

You may experience emotional or energetic shifts right away or over time
Integration is a personal process — reach out if you need light support or clarity afterward

Results & Boundaries

What Christine Promises:

Sacred presence, not pressure
A space of deep listening and care
Her full attention and integrity in every experience

What We Cannot Guarantee:

Specific outcomes or timelines
That this work is a fit for everyone or every season
That your transformation will look or feel a certain way

Your results will always be shaped by your willingness, capacity, and life circumstances. This work is a co-creative process, not a prescribed path.

Christine is not a licensed therapist, medical doctor, or clinical mental health provider.

All services offered through When Goddesses Gather LLC are for educational and spiritual purposes only. They are not a substitute for:

Therapy or psychiatric treatment
Medical diagnosis or care
Crisis or emergency support

Confidentiality

What you share in sessions, applications, or communication is held in confidence.

Christine will never share:

Your name or identity
Session content or quotes attributed to you (unless permission is granted)
Any personal data without your express permission

Christine may occasionally share anonymized, de-identified stories for teaching or marketing purposes. If she ever wants to share your specific story or testimonial, she will request your written consent first.

Intellectual Property

All materials, methods, tools, recordings, and written content provided in Christine’s programs, retreats, and sessions are the intellectual property of When Goddesses Gather LLC.

You may:

Use what you learn for your own growth and transformation
Reference general concepts in conversation or reflection

You may not:

Record or distribute any session or content without permission
Use, teach, or sell Christine’s methods, frameworks, processes or content
Reproduce materials for commercial use without written consent

Mutual Respect & Agreements

Christine commits to showing up with presence, care, and professionalism. In return, she asks that you:

Honor appointment times and communication boundaries
Engage in calls and experiences with openness and honesty
Respect the time, energy, and structure of the container

If either party feels the working relationship is no longer aligned, it can be ended at any time with open communication. However, early withdrawal from a program or retreat does not entitle you to a refund, and all payment obligations remain in full.

Liability

By joining a session, retreat, or program with When Goddesses Gather LLC you agree that:

You are participating voluntarily
You are responsible for your own choices and interpretations
You release Christine and When Goddesses Gather LLC] from liability for decisions or actions you take based on the work
Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual

Payment Plans

If you enroll with a payment plan:

You are committing to the full investment
Missed payments may result in suspended access
All scheduled payments are binding and non-refundable
Payment plans are not “trial periods” — they are agreements

Non-payment may result in removal from the program and collection efforts through appropriate legal channels.
